Xavier Macaire and the Team Snef Crew Triumph Again at the Drheam Cup! 🏆

Once again, Xavier Macaire and the Team Snef crew have brilliantly won the Class40 category of the Drheam Cup! 🎉

Already a winner of this event in 2022, Xavier Macaire managed to replicate his feat this year by crossing the finish line first among his 10 competitors. Departing from Cherbourg, they navigated a 1000-mile course to La Trinité-sur-Mer, passing the iconic Fastnet Lighthouse and the BXA buoy at the Gironde Estuary. ⛵

⏱️ Arriving first after 4 days 3 hours 36 minutes and 7 seconds, the Team Snef skipper completed the race with a two-hour lead over runner-up Emmanuel Hamez.

Congratulations to Xavier, Tanguy Bouroullec, and Hugo Cardon for this remarkable performance aboard the Teamwork-Team Snef!

Xavier Macaire Ready to Defend His Title at the Drheam Cup!

After his spectacular victory on the Niji40 last April, Xavier Macaire will put his title on the line at the Drheam Cup / Grand Prix de France de Course au Large.

For this edition, our Team Snef skipper will be accompanied by Tanguy Bouroullec, with whom he shares a passion and expertise for sailing, as well as Hugo Cardon, a promising young talent. Their collaboration promises a dynamic rich in exchanges and performances.

The Team Snef crew will face a 1000-mile course, sailing from Cherbourg to La Trinité-sur-Mer, passing by the English coast, the Fastnet lighthouse, and the BXA buoy. A technical and demanding challenge that Xavier Macaire had already successfully tackled in 2022.

This race, similar to a major stage of the Solitaire du Figaro, is an ideal preparation for the CIC Normandy Channel Race.

iQanto, Expertise and Dedication at the Service of Stellantis Rüsselsheim

At iQanto, a subsidiary of Groupe Snef specializing in the integration of digital and robotic solutions, we tackle daily challenges that drive us to innovate and develop tailor-made, efficient, and high-performance solutions to meet our clients' needs.

🔧 Among these challenges is our recent accomplishment for Stellantis Rüsselsheim: an ambitious project that allowed us to work on an existing production line in a complex environment to install an advanced system for loading three different types of batteries.

🤖 To meet the specific needs of our client Stellantis, we replaced the gripper component after the startup of the robotic cell, which includes an iQanto conveyor, a Fanuc robot, and a Photoneo vision system.

💡 This intervention reinforced our expertise in automation and robotics, while enabling Stellantis to achieve better performance by optimizing its production processes.
