Created in 2011, SNEF University’s goal is to promote Groupe SNEF’s corporate culture and support its employees in their career development through theoretical, practical and digital training.
In 2021, training was decentralized to be as close as possible to the requirements of the field and the needs of our clients. That same year, the Groupe launched its four Trade Schools in the Nuclear, Telecom, Mechanics and Engineering fields.
These in-house training schools have e-learning modules as well as theoretical and practical programs to provide our employees with the knowledge and experiences related to the specificities of their profession.
SNEF University also runs a Graduate Program targeting young graduates from major engineering schools. Inaugurated in 2017, it offers young talents the assurance of a tailor-made integration program with support adapted to their progression towards managerial responsibilities as branch or regional directors.
