1990: Ciera Concept founded in Lyon, an engineering firm specialized in automation.
2008: Cira Concept becomes Ekium.

2022: Acquisition of CPQ (Spain).

Fouré Lagadec joins Groupe Snef.
1922: Fouré Lagadec founded in Le Havre, specialized in boilermaking and ship repair.
1979: First establishment outside Normandy, in Marseille.

2021: Acquisition of ACM-ACR and strengthening of the Plant Shutdown activity through the integration of ETME into TMTI. 2022: Integration of Navtis and Sobec to become Fouré Lagadec Best.
2023: Creation of Fouré Lagadec Usinage.
1977: Cegelec founded. 1998: Alstom created. 2008: Alstom becomes Alstom Power Services. 2015: General Electric acquires Alstom. 2020: Groupe Snef acquires the former Alstom Power Services teams.

1987: AGS founded.
1997: AGS becomes Axemble. 2007: Axemble becomes Visiativ (international expansion and IPO). 2024: Visiativ joins Groupe Snef.
